How do I divide an estate of furniture when one wants one piece of furniture and the others want to sell all?
I am executor of my dad’s will. Property to be divided equally between 3. All he had was furniture. Estate auction and divide the money was my plan. Now, my sister wants one piece of furniture. Do I get that one piece appraised, sell the rest? What if the rest of the furniture sells for less than that one piece appraised for?
Just a thought here. What you could do is go and put it all up for auction. Make it where the person that wishes to have the one piece of furniture be the one allowed to bid on that particular piece and no other family member or those receiving the inheritance. What this person pays for the item go into the grand total which is to be split between all individuals involved — including the one that bid on the item. The person that got the piece of furniture is still allowed their 1/3 of the estate — it’s as if that person was any other bidder. The person that receives that furniture does get a third of the money, but 2/3 of what they paid for the Furniture goes to the inheritors.

What food should I feed my male cat if I wish to prevent a urinary tract infection.?
My mom told me that male cats are prone to urinary tract infections. I just got a male cat and don’t want to deal with urinary tract infections. I feed him natural choice or something like that, but I have no idea if that is one of the foods that helps to prevent UTI’s. What are some foods that help to prevent UTI’s? Hi there …cats who eat dry cat foods tend to suffer from recurring episodes of feline lower urinary tract disorders (FLUTD) and this seems to be a common denominator with cats diagnosed with various types of FLUTD’s. The idea is to acidify the urine (like cranberry juice does for humans) because cats with FLUTD disorders have urine pH that is more alkaline so your goal is to reverse this and canned foods have been known to achieve the results.

How to finance a new Mustang with bad credit and low down?
Any ideas? I make good money, nearly 3-4 thousand dollars a month. But I’m self employed and have collections because of past medicals. Does Ford Motor Finance people like me? I talk to dealers here and they try to take 3-4 thousand down to switch me to a 2002 escort.
I don’t mean to sound rude, but take a hint. If the finance companies want a HUGE down payment it’s because they think either you are a high risk or with your current bills, cannot afford the payments on the car with so little money down. Apparently Ford finance thinks you can only afford the payments if they were based on $3-4k down. That’s usually a big hint you would be living beyond your means. If you don’t have much money to put down on any new car, it’s a sign you can’t afford the vehicle. If you have to finance your life away for something, you simply can’t afford it.

What fashion show had models covered in blood?
I know a few years back there was a Fashion show (by I want to say YSL or Valentino) that featured models covered in blood. I know there is one that had a single model covered in blood acting as if she had been stabbed, but that is not it. I was just hoping someone could find out and send me a link about it. I know there is one like this, but I haven’t found it yet.
not sure about few years ago, but Lucrezia did an excellent show in Milan this year! She had everyone including us convinced she had been stabbed backstage! Gross, by also slightly funny when we realised she was ok!

What sort of education would a forensic scientist have?
I plan on going into forensics in college but I want to know what sort of Education and classes a forensic scientist may need, not only that but also forensic jobs on the field, not just indoors, what sort of classes/education will I need? What types of jobs can I get as a forensic specialist?
The school I go to just started a forensic Science program, and i think evenhas the first master’s program in it for the state of Indiana. I don’t know much about jobs afterward, but take a look at the website, i would even email a professor; they are usually very helpful at my school. The professor’s work very closely with students in research.

What can we do individually to change societies unhealthy views on dieting?
Do you think that a hundred years from now these extreme Dieting pursuits will be viewed in much the same way as the Elizabethan beauty ideals of receding the woman’s hairline, Victorian cinching in the waist, so internal organs are damaged or do not function, or the footbinding.
These are all beauty standards that endanger the Health and functioning of women.
Overeating is also a problem but that was not the question.
It’s mixed up with so many F@cked up things. There is the insidious beauty industry and the mythology associated with selling women and girls an unhealthy but lucrative body image. There is the corruption and control of food and the feeding of the population staple poisons such as trans fats, sugar and white flour. I think we can impact in our own environments by choosing healthy unprocessed Foods ( as much as we can afford – yes they are expensive). We can raise awareness of different concepts of consumerism in relation to food and beauty. We can also nurture girls and boys to have a sense of themselves that is not reliant on a sick pop cultur image. – just a few thoughts – thanks good question.

Should I use a cooking bag to cook my Thanksgiving turkey?
Does it taste as good as roasting it without one? I want the most delicious traditional Thanksgiving turkey possible. Cooking bag or no cooking bag? Your opinion please.
I love the Cooking bags, turkey stays moist and best of all…..NO mess.
Everything is inside the bag, even the juices for making gravy. When turkey is gone just throw the bag away. I’m old and I like things easy.

asking computer to find all new computer hardware?

I went to this computer specialist today. He deactivated some parts of the Computer Hardware. I need to reactivate it to get working in my universities network. Do anybody know how to make computer search for all the drivers and reinstall every hardware? I will be glad if you could tell me how to make computer search my wireless adaptor. Thanks.

What are good careers for people with journalism degrees?
