How do I manage pets on a newly seeded lawn?
I am going to be putting some lawn patch repair on the bare parts of my fenced in backyard (mulch/fertilizer/seed) and also some turf builder on the rest of the lawn. When can I let the Pets go back in their yard? Would it be best to supervise them when they are in the yard? The packages say it is safe for pets, but I am not sure it is safe for the grass for them to be on it. Any other suggestions would be appreciated on how I can avoid having a big muddy mess this spring since the winter/pets have turned the backyard into a big mess.
Its fine as long as they arent trampoling the seeds to death but Its best to keep them off.
Make sure you keep the seeds well watered.
They will need potassium. Potassium will strengthen the root system.
Check the ingredients on the bag. Dont use it if it has alot of nitrogen, it can burn the new roots and kill it.
Once the roots have developed after a month or 2, then use the nitrogen. Nitrogen encourages growth. Iron helps with color.
I think the turf builder has alot of potassium and low nitrogen, that’ll probly be good. Just dont over fertilize!

How does rental car insurance offered by credit card companies (when you use the card) work?
I have credit cards which say they cover me for rental car insurance when I use the card to make the full payment for the rental. How does that work? Are there any catches? Does it make sense for me to get the additional insurance from the rental agency (like Avis)? If I am in an accident, will the Credit Card insurance cover everything or will it also be charged to my regular car insurance company?
Every card is different, and the card companies can change their insurance carriers without notice. Most of them give collision damage waiver only. If you have an accident, they will cover repairs over and above the rental company Insurance, but they do not cover the cost of a replacement rental for you to drive. Very few of them cover liability. The most complete coverage may be offered by your insurance company, for a lower fee than the waivers offered by the rental companies. In Manitoba, for instance, we sell (to Manitobans) a rental car policy that gives $50 deductible for damage, loss of use coverage, and 5 million dollars liability coverage, and this package can be bought to cover a rented car anywhere in Canada or the US. So, before you rely on your credit card, read the wordings booklet, then talk to you auto insurance agent.

What is a good web hosting company that has a good html page builder utility?
We are starting up a site and want to go through a Hosting company and do not want to build the page through Dreamweaver, Frontpage, etc. We would like to use one that is built in. I know bluehost has one but the pagebuilder is terrible. Any suggestions? Thanks!

How do I hook up my Sony Blue Ray to my home theatre?

I have a Samsung Home Theatre and want the surround sound for my blueray player. I could just go direct to the TV, but not with surround sound. Direction unclear. Any help out there?
Everything (cable box, blu ray, etc) is connected to the home theatre system inputs and the output of the Home theater system goes to the TV. Turn the TV speakers off and use the home theater system for the sound.

How can you check a home inspectors creditability?
I’ll be looking to buy a house in the near future and I have heard some horror stories about people hiring a home inspector to inspect the house they are wanting to buy, then come to find out that the home wasn’t properly inspected. When an inspector is looking over the house, are you allowed to walk around with them? Is there any way of finding out about certificates or anything positive about the home inspector, without having to ask them directly? I know there’s a lot of con artists out there in the open and even the cautious person can get burned in the long run. I just don’t want to buy a home after it’s been "supposdly" inspected, then have everything go wrong afterwards and cost me a fortune. Any help would be appreciated!
