SPORTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

can somebody tell me which is the top age to start in the following sports? EXAMPLE: football: 12

1- boxing
2-swimming-
3-archery-
4-rowing-
5- diving-
6- rowing-
7-shooting
8-table tennis-
9- athletics

What do you mean by top age? If you mean the oldest you can go and still be competitive, then I’ve seen people start archery when they’re in their mid 30′s and still be competitive.

give me prof that scientific laws can change!

Newtonian physics gave a very good model of motion mechanics, dynamics, until the speed of light was approached. Newton’s laws are now considered approximations and have been added to by Einstein’s model that accounts for near light speed, relativistic dynamics.
The early models accounted for limits known at the time they were developed. Later modifications added to the earlier equations rather than replaced them.
Newton proposed three laws. The second law, force = mass x acceleration, was not limited. However velocity does not increase infinitely.
Newton – Force = rate of change of momentum

Einstein – Force = (rate of change of mass) c
Where c = speed of light.

What is the best way to get into retail with no retail/work experience?

I would assume most people with a lot of retail experience must have started somewhere. I find that a lot of retailers won’t even give you a thought if you apply without retail experience.

Depending on how old you are &the availability you have you may have to start somewhere small &low paying. Stores like Sears &Target are constantly hiring and usually only look for a friendly face with the right availability. Being 18 or older also helps since they will be able to schedule you at any time that they please &not break any laws. Don’t give up. Keep trying most stores provide training anyway. Good luck.

What is a good photography book for beginners that also inspires creativity?

I am purchasing a digital camera soon, one that is of the cheaper point & shoot variety with maybe some extra features that let me adjust photos more to my liking. I also have an SLR camera (not digital) that I found in my house that I’d like to start using as well. What’s a good book that covers the basics of photography (applicable to digital and non digital) and also maybe gives advice on the artistry of photography?

Congratulations – very few people seem to realize just how much of a difference a bit of knowledge would make to their images!!!

I would suggest you head to your local library. I have read soooooo many different books, and each one had something new to offer.
If you really fall in love with one of them, you can always go and buy it then, but start off just reading whatever you can get your hands on.

Also don’t forget the online resources, there are countless tutorials to watch and read.
All the big camera manufacturers like Canon, Nikon and Olympus etc have learning or "school" sections on their web sites, full of worthwhile tips.

Hello…how to start a freelance work regarding internet marketing? is there any site?

Hey Jasmi,

You could easily start an account on freelance sites like Elance and start finding work right away.

Another way is to go onto Internet marketing forums where they usually have some kind of "marketplace" where people are looking to hire you for your services.

That should get you up and running real quick.

How does business insurance work in a lawsuit?

As a small business, I’m finally getting around to looking at business insurance. God forbid I should get sued, but that would be the only reason I would get insurance at this point.

If I get sued (assuming I did nothing wrong that would terminate coverage), what are my responsibilities with regard to paying legal fees? What role will the insurance company play or what control will they have in the litigation process?

In the event of a lawsuit the insurance company would undertake your defense and pay the associated legal fees as well as paying for legal counsel. The insurance company has complete legal control in the litigation process, they choose whether to settle or contest the issue in a court of law. In the real world it is rare that an insurance company would actually go to court. In most cases they would seek a settlement.

This of course assumes that the incident is covered by your policy. A lawsuit may contain several complaints. The insurance company is obligated to provide a defense for you if any of the claims could be covered, but the company may not be obligated to pay the damages for certain types of claims. Liability policies, for instance, typically do not provide coverage for damages which you cause intentionally.

How do retail stores protect the merchandise sitting on the outside of the store?

How do retail stores protect the merchandise sitting on the outside of the store?

The only merch I ever see sitting out of retail stores is too heavy to hoist, chained to the ground, or monitored with cameras. Other than that, I guess they rely on the honor system, or having enough customers to tattle on each other.

What is the best photography book for someone who is already very educated in the field of photography?

My sister is a wedding photographer and is very good at what she does. I thought it would be cool to giver her a very advanced book of digital photography, but they all seem like they’re for beginners. Anyone have an idea on what book to give her? I mean some top notch stuff!

I would suggest Digital Wedding Photography by Glen Johnson… it is an excellent book that not only talks about advanced techniques but also talks about the business, post digital processing, travel photography etc…

here is a link to his actual site

What happens to the pets of a person living alone who is taken to hospital?

If there are no family or friends in the area to assume responsibility of them?

By pets I mean dogs, cats etc, not just fish/hutched animals.

That’s a tough question. In an emergency, and you had to go to the hospital ASAP, maybe, a neighbor you could trust, to come over and feed the animals for you, you could offer some money for doing it too. I know MY neighbor would do it for me, BUT, you should think about a situation happening to you BEFORE hand, and make those arrangement now! There has to be some teenager or college student who would be happy to do it for you. Also, God forbid, you die while in the hospital. Make a will, and have one of the Pet Rescue places come and pick them up.

What are the benefits of having an internet marketing certification?

Hi I’m about to start an internet marketing coarse that offers a certification in internet marketing upon completion. I know just having the knowledge is crucial if you’re running your own business but are there any other perks to having this certification? thanks…

Anyone with a pc can give you a certification in internet marketing, and you don’t even have to take any classes.

Unless it is from a State college or University, it doesn’t mean anything.

You can call yourself the Institute of Internet Marketing, and print your self a certificate if you want. It will be just as prestigious as one printed by someone else.

How could car insurance cost more a month than the value of the car?

Yes I’m under 21, No I don’t have a single ticket , or driving violation . How could insurance on a 500 dollar cherokee cost 290$ a month? In two months thats the value of the car! Its BS there has to be a way to get insurance for cheaper than that. Anybody know of any place? And please don’t say Classic insurance as all of them you have to be 25 or older.

It sucks to play the game don’t it? Get used to it, being an adult basically means you bend over for all the suits lined up to screw you to the end of time. Earning money to piss away before you see it is something you had better get used to. If you can’t deal then ride a bike.

It has nothing to do with the value of the car, it reflects the potential damage that your demographic in your specific area will do in a set period of time.

You are placing a bet that you won’t cause many times that amount of damage, the house accepts any bet that is at or above the amount of damage they know will happen over a large aggregate of people your age in your area. Both of you hope the house never has to pay out.

Good luck.

How do you get certified as a health teacher?

My mom is a teacher, and I think she would be a good health teacher since she already teaches Food and Nutrition, and several other classes. The school needs a health teacher and she already knows a lot about health, but what would it take to become certified as a health teacher for a teacher?
We live in Utah, any info will help.

it depends on your state’s department of education…they should have a website where you can check it out. in Missouri she would just have to take the Praxis for health education to be certified.

How do I start photography as only a hobby?

I like taking pictures but I really want to learn photography. Should I take courses for it? What courses should I take just to learn basic stuff for photography?

Start out by getting a decent point & shoot and just start taking pictures of different things. Play with the settings, try different views, look for interesting things to photograph. There are several good beginner books out there to help give you pointers and ideas. Go to the library and the bookstore and flip through some until you find one you want to read. Once you get into the hobby a bit and think you will stick to it, then consider getting a more expensive camera. As far as classes, check out any local colleges in your area since many have community development classes that are free or cheap for people to take. Sometimes your local arts center will provide free or low-cost classes. You can also call some local camera stores in your area and see if there are any clubs or classes you can take part in. Local camera stores are also pretty good about helping you pick equipment and resources.
